Licensed in 1980 as Salesperson with Mansion Real Estate.
Obtained my Brokers license in 1983 and started Integrity Rental Management
That consisted of managing and maintaining our own rental properties
Taught the adult education real estate classes at the Vo-Tech for
approximately 6 years in the 1980's
Started purchasing rental properties from 1979, have completed at least 5
tax-deferred exchanges on our own portfolio. Still own rental properties and
continue to buy and sell.
Opened a full service real estate company, Great Divide Realty, pllc in 1994
and will be celebrating 17 years in business this fall.
Have 5 full time agents and have expanded my office to a larger space across
the street from my previous office location
Served 3 years as Montana Chapter Certified Residential Specialists Education Chairperson.
Past President of the Butte Board of REALTORS.
Education: Graduated from Eastern Montana College in Billings, MT with a
degree in Secondary Education-Biological Sciences. Taught Biology for a
couple of years.
Real Estate-Completed courses for GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute) 1983,
and my CRS (Certified Residential Specialists) Designation in 2003.
